Discovery Kit; Lifestyle Redefined package included; Pocket Folder, Full-size magazine-style book showcasing the entire city, community, amenities. Cut Sheets for amenities, Community clubhouse, golf clubhouse, course, pro shop, and restaurant, we included floor plans, Small welcome center rack tri-fold teaser. We finished off with Letterhead, Business Cards, full-size custom envelopes for package mailing.

Art Direction and Design of The Duke Law School Book and Registration Literature. A fun project with lots of different data sets to explore visual and functional layouts. I use a duotone’s converted to CMYK to give a rich black plate to provide the accent photos with a monotone feel while adding a black and white character.

Hurst needed a stylish leave behind and a way to give clients a written proposal or start-up package that didn’t get lost in the digital shuffle. We provided a custom package that was both tactile and modernly clean. We added clear raised ink over the wood grain on the entire project.
